Moving to Naples, FL is a grand idea. But some people want to dip their toe in before fully committing to buying. A short term rental is the answer!
A man & woman strolled into my office about a week ago during the Clydesdales at Bayfront event to ask me about available rentals in Naples. While I don’t fully focus on vacation rentals in Naples, I am always happy to help folks find what they are looking for. Who knows, maybe they will be buyers of Naples real estate one day or maybe they have a home in the area that they, a friend or family member needs to sell. “Always do your best for people” is my motto as you never know what kind of relationship will come of it. And even if nothing comes of it, at least I was kind to a stranger.
Anyway, back to the Clydesdale inquirers. They wanted to know if any vacation rentals in Naples were available in Bayfront starting that same day and ending on March 31. Instead of laughing and saying “no way”. I pulled out my laptop and searched on the Southwest Florida MLS to see if there happened to be a miracle just waiting there for us. Guess what? No miracle. Just 1 listing and about 35 pre-order listings available for The Tides at Bayfront. Now if you want in on a fabulous condo, you need to be looking at The Tides at Bayfront or Quattro at Naples Square. Even Metropolitan Naples. I have all the details, so if you are interested. Just shoot me a message. I’ll tell you everything you need to know.
A lot of folks are looking for vacation rentals in Naples. First to see how the lifestyle is and if they would want to buy at a later date. That is a great idea, but you must look into rentals many months earlier to secure something. With an agent who will spend the time with you, this can be accomplished. There isn’t a lot of money in rentals for Realtors, but I take time to help people as much as they need. I just enjoy doing it.
