I think we can all agree that 2020 has been the most chaotic year in memory. It is only when I talk to folks born in the 1940’s and 1950’s that a similar picture is painted during their experience in the mid to late 1960’s. Still seems as though 2020 takes the copious amount of uninterrupted BS cake. It really underscores how important finding a Realtor with connections really is. It doesn’t matter if you are buying or selling, you will need an experienced professional with foresight and relationships that will benefit your purchase or sale. It’s not good enough to just pick a fmaily member or friend who just got their real estate license.
August 2020 was a very competitive month. I was able to get five buyer offers accepted on the promise of a quick, seamless close. Two of those buyers had offered $10,000 less than the competition and one got in $10,000 under asking. They are all closing escrow in September. No manipulation here, just a rock solid reputation of my team. From the legendary Dan Tharp at the Natomas Guild Mortgage office to my inspectors who go out of their way to get inspections done in under 5 days. My sewer guy literally stopped by two properties after work to scope the line for me as the short contingency periods were a huge factor in those buyers getting accepted. Listing agents and sellers love the speed and communication and that is why sellers choose our team to list, market and sell their home. We hold buyer’s agents accountable.
