It’s called manners.
Speaking the language of a Naples property owner doesn’t entitle anyone to anything. There are lots of people out there looking to suck up to a Naples property owner for any number of reasons and Realtors are high on that list. But what is the language of a property owner? Is it just words to tickle the ears of a Naples property owner just to get the listing? Empty promises and theater? Sounds exhausting and self-sabotaging.
It’s not just real estate agents in Naples that hustle day in and day out to grow their businesses, this is the name of the game everywhere; Know the local market, know it well, and let everyone and their mother know about it. But what this often causes in Realtors is a sort of “all about me” approach and it’s worse when that agent is a different person to everyone they talk to. Authenticity is a universal currency.
My point in all of this is that speaking the language of a Naples property owner should be easy. Whether someone lives out in Golden Gate Estates or has 1000 feet of coastal property on Gordon Dr, the approach should always be the same. Be authentic, knowledgeable, humble, and put 110% into serving their needs. There are no loopholes to integrity. One day you might see my name all over Aqualane Shores, Royal Harbor and Port Royal as the top Realtor in town, and if so, it will be because of the trust and integrity that is earned from an honest business run with conviction to put the client first.
To lead is to serve.
