Owning new condos near 5th Ave in Naples is a privilege and dream come true, akin to seeing the original line up of the Beatles on the International Space Station.
I know, not everyone is a Beatles fan. In the same way, not everyone has $3.5 million to plunk down on a fancy new condo in Bayfront or Naples Square either. Anyone with eyes can notice the new condos near 5th ave in Naples that were completed in ealry 2023 at Goodlette Ave and 3rd Ave near US 41. That project is called Quattro at Naples Square and is a step up in luxury compared to the already fine living that Naples Square provides. But did you know about a project right across the street at Bayfront? Ah, Bayfront… the tastefully elegant, charming classical 5 story mixed use that brings together fine dining and fine living right on the bay and within walking distance to the ever popular and world-renown 5th Ave. Yes, Bayfront also has a new project breaking ground soon as well. It is called The Tides.
The Tides will feature two new five-story buildings encompassing thirty-five units, two of which will be massive penthouse’s on the top of the north building. This exciting addition to Bayfront is in direct competition with Quattro at Naples Square and is being constructed by the same builder. At least that is what this Realtor/Investigator has heard. The deal is, Quattro condos started at about $2.7 million, The Tides have 20 or so units left and start around $1.9 million.
I think we all can imagine that there will be additional new condos near 5th ave in Naples in the future, and along with the growth our little slice of heaven has been experiencing over the years, there too we should see price growth.
